Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
direction of Infineon IT and gain insights into what the IT organization of the
future will look like, e.g. on topics like digitalization, sustainability and
innovation
for communication towards different target groups like leadership or technical
and functional experts
quantitative data as well as qualitative information sources to gain insights
for efficient steering of initiatives
support meetings and workshops and gain insights into different facilitation
methods
M365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot), Jira, Confluence and Miro
🎯Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
engineering, computer science, or a similar field
practical experience through previous internships, preferably in IT consulting,
project management, or innovation management
player who enjoys exploring new concepts and technologies
analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
M365 skills, especially in PowerPoint, Excel, and Copilot; experience with
Confluence, Jira, programming, or Google Gemini is a plus
and English language skills, both written and spoken

Important information:
student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per
week.
(according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be
enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules
for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look
forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
