About the role You’ll drive casavi’s digital growth engine in the DACH market and take ownership of how we generate qualified demand and measurable pipeline contribution through performance marketing, SEO/GEO and our web assets.

You’ll combine strategic responsibility with a hands-on approach: developing our paid channels, strengthening our organic visibility, optimizing our web assets for user experience and conversion, and continuously testing new channels, technologies and growth strategies.

AI is a natural part of how you work. You’ll use new technologies not only to improve efficiency, but also to learn faster, make better decisions, accelerate experimentation and uncover new growth opportunities.

Your operational focus will be the DACH market. At the same time, you’ll think internationally from the outset and develop best practices and scalable approaches together with our local marketing teams, creating value across all markets.

Your mission

You’ll develop the digital marketing strategy for DACH and own digital lead generation, from reach through to qualified handover to Sales
You’ll manage Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and GEO with a focus on lead quality, pipeline contribution and cost-effectiveness. You’ll prioritize budgets and initiatives based on business impact, not just reach or lead volume
You’ll analyze the entire funnel and customer journey: Where are our leads coming from? Which audiences, pages and messages resonate? Where are we losing prospects, and why?
You’ll combine quantitative data with customer and Sales feedback, develop robust hypotheses and turn them into clear priorities, tests and optimizations, even when the data isn’t conclusive
You’ll own the continuous development of our website and digital touchpoints. Working with Content, Product Marketing and Engineering, you’ll improve information architecture, landing pages, conversion paths and forms
You’ll establish a structured CRO and experimentation roadmap, ensuring that learnings are documented, evaluated and translated into scalable improvements
You’ll challenge our lead nurturing and follow-up processes, working closely with Marketing Operations and Sales, from the first interaction through to the next steps in the decision-making process
You’ll use AI and automation for research, analysis, monitoring and workflows, turning successful approaches into repeatable processes
You’ll share your expertise with the marketing teams in Italy, Spain and other markets, and own the development and rollout of scalable digital marketing processes, standards and playbooks
You’ll take a holistic approach to campaigns, connecting digital channels with content, webinars and events so that all activities contribute to demand generation and growth

Your profile

You have several years of solid experience in digital marketing and have independently managed and developed digital growth initiatives
You understand how performance marketing, SEO, GEO, websites, conversion optimization and marketing automation work together. You don’t need to be a specialist in every area, but you can confidently assess opportunities and priorities
You’re analytical and commercially minded: you spot patterns, question results and make well-informed decisions, even when the data is incomplete
You combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills and take ownership from prioritization through to evaluating results
You understand audiences, products and Sales processes as the foundation of effective marketing, and enjoy working closely with Sales and cross-functional teams
You have experience managing external partners and building knowledge, processes or standards that help other teams succeed
You’re curious about AI, automation and new digital technologies, and actively shape how they can improve marketing quality and impact
You’re fluent in German and English
